Pregnancy is a beautiful experience but it can also be a stressful one. With prenatal yoga you are given a chance to resolve some of those issues as well as gain additional benefits. This session will help you to connect with your baby and enhance both mind and spirit.

It’s never too late to start yoga, even if pregnant; people can continue classes’ right up until the day that they give birth. The yoga classes cater for everyone, so it doesn’t matter if you’re new to yoga we will start at the beginning. The yoga instructors are vastly experienced in working with moms to be and are great in advising and supporting you during class and aftercare if need be. The main benefits of yoga are to stretch, tone and relax the body and reduce stress. Mothers stress is reflected to the baby so less stress for you means less for the baby. It’s a pregnancy exclusive class so it’s just you and other moms, a great way to make new friends which will also be moms soon.

Come and try prenatal yoga, it is very beneficial to pregnant women.

What should I bring?
Bottled water and make sure to bring comfy and stretching clothes. You can also bring your own mat for better comfort though you will be provided with one at the facility.
