Your hosts are all experienced in the wine trade and are able to give useful knowledge on the wines you are tasting and the others they have in stock. You will have the opportunity to sample a range of wines. Alternatively, you may feel like indulging in a Champagne & Sparkling Wine Tasting.
Recommendations:
- Wear comfortable and casually elegant clothing to tasting, it is the tone for a sophisticated outing and is a sign of respect for wineries.
- Splitting a tasting with a companion is acceptable.

What's the best temperature for serving wine?
As a general rule of thumb:
Red wine, 65 degrees (F).
White & rosé wine, 55 degrees (F).
Champagne & other bubbly, 45 degrees (F).
