A challenging activity to test you, your body and mind to the max. Rock climbing is a full body sport giving you an all over workout. Your mind is put to the challenge too as you are constantly evaluating your position and working out the best route to the top. Don´t look down is the advice given for beginners, but you definitely should as it affords some beautiful, panoramic views of the natural beauty surrounding you. Test your limits and learn all the skills from experienced climbers and then it’s you against the wall. Empower yourself by stretching your physical and mental abilities as you find out what you’re capable of doing in this extreme sport.
Your session will begin with an orientation of the sport. After this you will be introduced to the equipment and you’ll learn how to use it. You’ll then be climbing a little ways above the ground so you can have a better idea of how to use the equipment and how to position your body as you climb. Your balance and precision will be tested. This activity involves strength, endurance and precise footwork. Your experienced climbers will guide you through every step of the way so that you can reach the top!

- Both indoor and outdoor rock climbing are available.
- Climbing equipment can be provided.
- Climbing boots are ideal, but flat comfortable sneakers are acceptable.
- The experiences are catered to beginners, intermediate, and advanced climbers.
Is Rock Climbing safe?
Rock climbing is an extreme sport. For this, it involves an element of risk. But with the proper technique, the right place and use of the equipment you will reduce all risks and prevent any accidents.
What type of clothes should I wear?
It depends on the weather but usually we recommend participants to wear baggy and loose clothing to stretch and move effortlessly. If you choose indoor rock climbing make sure you where clothes easy to move with.
What to bring?
Recommended that you bring water, sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen if you will be outdoors on a sunny day. If your classes begin indoors bring a water bottle and power bar to keep yourself energized.
